Since the coach manufacturer (not the chassis maker) installed the leveling system, it could be either battery being used. If you have battery disconnects, you can experiment to determine the answer.
You really need a manual since there are several versions of power gear leveling systems, including 3 and 4 leg varieties.
Some have two cylinders for the rear, and only one for the front. Another version has two cylinders for the rear and two for the front, but the fronts are plumbed together so that they "follow" the body roll caused by the back cylinders. At least for the 4 cylinder type, it is very important to raise the front at least 2 inches before deploying the back cylinders.
If you google "power gear leveling system manual", you will find multiple selections. Maybe within these you will find a manual that describes your system.
