What model of rig?
Are you using an adapter?
Do you have a removable shore power cord?
Your breakers inside the rig is good because the system works good on genset.
I am thinking that you could have a loose wire in the shore power cord. Check each conductor with an Ohm Meter. This can be done from one end to other end of shore power cord.
Next possibility is a failed transfer switch.
