Problem with RV.net email going to "junk" folder

I need help form the RV.net computer tech. dept. For the last 5 days all my RV.net email is being sent directly to my "Junk" mail folder. I have check all my email preferences and junk filtering settings, all is ok on my side. Please help. djgarcia1939@gmail.com

    Make sure you put the sender address in your contacts list, The junk filter uses this as a "WHITE LIST" which usually (most of the filters) overrides all other filters.

    Since I do not get e-mail from this service (normally) I do not know the sender's address but if you click on show details it will be displayed.
  • It's not the forums doing that, it's your email client....
  • The same thing happens to all the snail mail they send me.
  • Yes, if you add the address from which RV.net sends the email to your address book, you will never again have the problem of them going to spam.

  • Either left or right click (depending on your email software) on the RV.net email address on your email from them and select "save to address book" or "contacts" or something similar. This should alleviate the problem.
  • Go to your 'spam' folder
    Click on the RV.Net email
    Then click on 'Not Spam' in upper header.
