All gassers are not noisy, mine is much quieter than any DP.
Yep, have to agree with you. My DP is so noisy it drive me bonkers.
I can't tell you how many times my wife has to get up and track down a noise. The tinkle from the wine glasses hanging the in rack drives me nuts, not to mention when an MCD shade is not all the way up or down and it bounces against the valance. Also, every time the ice maker harvests there is the rattle of the ice cubes dropping and than the water pump cycles. Just to make matters worse, occasionally the vacuum cleaner in the closet is not stowed properly and it rattles against the cedar panels.
Just terrible.
Looking for a older DP right now and we've driven lots of coaches in the last three months. What we've noticed is that there are lots of noises that catch your attention when the engine isn't obtrusive. Wind noise from the door, the knocking of an awning strap, an cabinet door rattling. I'd assume you wouldn't hear that over the engine in most gas motor homes.
