Two quick thoughts... first, having one myself I've found that it doesn't play nice if the battery is low. Make sure it's fully charged up, best using the AC charger.
Second, see if you can get it to boot while connected to a PC with the docking station software. If you can, run the Diagnose and Repair function in the Setting section of the doc software and let it search and fix any bad files.
