Rand McNally GPS RVND 7725-LM
In the latest Good Sam Highways magazine, May-July 2013 a new GPS is reviewed. It is produced by Rand McNally for Camper World. I was wondering if anyone has one and their comments on it.

Horrible due to its very poor reliability. Having been through 3 of them and Camping World's refusal to honor the extended warranty...never again. Back to a Garmin. With a few POI files loaded its every bit as good as the RVND, faster and much more reliable. And I bet SquareTrade will not argue with me if it fails during the warranty term.
Its been a long time since I have run into a piece of electronics gear as poorly designed and built as the RVND units. Rand McNally is a map company, not an electronics designer and it shows.
