Just to clarify, when my father was talking to coach net, he mainly wanted a front wheel and tire, and Coach Net said he wasn't covered because he got the coach at CW. They never said we will cover a tow to X location, and anything farther is on your dime. They flat out refused to cover the cost of anything. I didn't believe him when he told me this story, so I tried to help, and got the same response. I demanded to talk to the manager, and she told me the same thing. It is interesting that Jim and Betty got a different reply. My guess is that Coach Net is trying to cover , and it is easy to say that now that they don't have to provide hundreds of dollars in service anymore.
