Finally found the pump controller. After exhausting every place I ( and multiple others on RV.net forum) could think of noticed that when i operated the pump switch I could hear a "click". With the help of a friend operating the switch The click was traced to the moniter for holding tanks, generator hrs and slide-out control. Removed the cover and there it was
