I am in the process of trying to figure out how to change out the old Jenson unit for a Pioneer 2 din unit. the new unit is 4 inches thick while the old unit was 3 5/8 inches so i must need a new slee...

Virtually any double-DIN radio should work out without any great difficulty if you already have a double-DIN unit. I think they generally come with the mounting sleeve they slide into.
