  • In a way, it's like the automotive industry. If you go shopping for cars, no matter which model you choose they are all kinda priced about the same. That's because the bulk of the cost is in labor and overhead. The difference in material costs to build bigger or smaller is negligible.
  • Well done video. On the Pleasure-Way website (in the video library section) you can watch the factory tour and a number of shorter video clips showing how these Bs are put together. There is a lot of knowledge and detailed work involved. As Jim said, it explains the high cost of these units. It also explains why they last so long when properly cared for.

  • Well done movie. 6-9 days. That's pretty fast. Mercedes Benz told us at Advanced Fest that 6,000 Sprinters were delivered to the RV industry last year. So how many Class Bs does Roadtrek move through in a year?
  • Excellent video! I can see two practical uses for it here... One, to help skeptics see why B's cost so much. Two, to help people understand the issues that go into a van conversion (Hope y'all noticed the amount of added wiring.. ;)). I'd love to see the same in-depth video of a 190 & a 210.
