Thinking about buying this as first mh
Hey guys new to the forum. Been thinking about a class a diesel pusher for a little while. My wife and I are younger early 30s. But we don't work traditional jobs anymore and have lots of time. I've been thinking that full timing in the winter might be a nice option for us as we live in Ohio and it's cold here. So I'm thinking I want a 38 or 40 foot dp. I want one with full paint and room to accommodate 4 people though most of the time it'll prob be just her and I. I found this one and its relatively close but the guy describes it as rough. It was used as a limo so probably partied in. Guy says fridge won't power on and chassis has some rust on it. Price looks good and I am very handy. Plus I'm a landlord and have 2 full time handyman I could put on this to fix up. Is this too much of a headache or should I go for it?
Really I think my budget is in the 30s. But I can go up on it. Really what I want to do is get one I can dump next year and not get murdered if I decide this isn't for us.
I plan to take it to Florida to an RV park on or near the ocean and just hang out there for a few months a year
