Tiffin vs Newmar
How do these folks compare when it comes to quality in production and service after the motorhome has been bought

We returned the coach to the dealer a month later(still u der 1 year warranty) I was informed tiffin withdrew autherization to repair, I spoke with tiffin rep he said tiffin was no longer fixing those issues umder warranty.Fla Tom wrote:
I would throw Entegra into the ring if I were you. We owned a tiffin they may have had great warrenty in the past but are definitely slipping now. I can not coment on newmar froom an owners perspective. Our Entegra has wonderful fit and finish(in our tiffin if someone had a campfire 6 sites away we could smell it inside with the Entegra that is not a problem)
a 2 year warranty and 24/7 customer support phone numbers for owners.
Iam not sure what you mean by tiffin great warrenty in the past but slipping now at all?
The dealings I have had in the past year or 2 and have been great and reading current storys of others raving about tiffin warrenty + service also
Go to IRV2 forum and read about the warrenty problems Entera has had in the last 3 years
There is no perfect storm and Entegra make a extremely beautifull motor home no doubt and maybe It should be newmar-Tiffin-Entegra
except entegra only make large diesel pushers

As stated before most people who don't care for Tiffin have never owned one. It is usually a story about somebody else who they knew----. We too know somebody who bought a 15 Entegra and had to go straight to the factory as soon as they picked it up. We are not going to get into that. Both are great coaches. I can not speak for Newmar as we have never owned one and only an owner can speak for their experiences. I have heard that Newmar will fix their problems. As far as Tiffin: we are on our second and love it. Tiffin has always gone out of their way to make our experiences on service great. If we buy another coach it will be a Tiffin.

We have a 2013 Ventana LE and we have friends with a Winnebago Tour and another with an Entegra Aspire. Those two motorhomes cost significantly more than our Ventana LE did, so I would not put the Ventana LE in their class. As an aside, both of them have had significantly more problems with their coaches than we have had with our Ventana LE.

And according to the Entegra website the 2016 Aspire has LP fired Aqua-hot, not diesel.

Ellipse/Tour? They seem to offer more features that the Allegro Red or Newmar Ventana or Entegra Aspire anyway, for competitive pricing, and they have been around forever.
a Entegra Aspire is a long ways up the food chain from any of the above mentioned motor homes including the tour
I guess I don't see it that way - Aspire has non-painted slides, non-diesel aqua-hot, all standard on the others including Tour. The Anthem is nice, but nothing impressed me much about the Aspire.
maybe not you personally but its most certainly a big step above ventura and red just in the fact of length with tag axle and 450HP ISL and aqua hot heat systems to name but a few superior things
I should not include the tour (misspoke )had another model in my mind at the time sorry but red and ventura are simply not anywhere near the category of the aspire
