Most RV related publications put out a list from time to time (once a year) but if you go to Remco Towing (Just google: Remco Towing) you will find a web page where you can put in any recent make and model (Back to around 2000) and it will tell you what you need to do to tow..
It may say you need tow bars, lights, and brakes.. This is good
It may say you need lube pump or axle lock or drive shaft disconnect, this is 2000 worth of bad (roughly) but it does mean you can tow it, with modifications.
Or it may say No way can it be towed 4 down.
Page 2: with your gasser you can likely not tow more than around 4,000 pounds.
What do I tow..... A dodge neon, with lube pump. Tows heavy because I am turning transmission gears and it does a sloppy job of spoiling air flow.
What did I tow, A 4,000 pound Chevy Lumina APV with axle lock, towed light, so light in fact that the improvement (Spoiling) of air flow offset the additional load and the MPG-meter did not know if it was there or not.
