Fleetguard FS1242 shows to be a 10 micron.
FS19519 shows to be a 12 micron.

I would contact Fleetguard with the micron question. Let us know what you find.
If the Wix cross-reference is correct, I would suggest you have the WRONG secondary filter.
Said another way, I would never use a 12 micron followed by a 10 micron filter, or (only slightly) worse, a 10 followed by a 12.
This is a COMMON PROBLEM. Please verify that the correct micron filters are being used.
