Turbo question (Updated) (FIXED) :>)

Rig is '98,5.9 ISB, 275 HP. Yesterday while in some hills when I would accelerate on the hills turbo boost guage would barely move. On flatlands it would operate normal (22 on guage). My thinking ...

FIXED!!!!!! Cummins put their computer on it and it showed a faulty "intake manifold pressure sensor". New sensor and I now have more boost than before I had the problem.
