I don't service Winne, so I do not know what their NEW design is. But, I have NEVER seen Weep Holes on a Slide system. There should NEVER be any entry for rain water to enter the RV. Weep Holes on Windows have been used for 40 years. They are used because the windows slide and when washing or in rain, water can enter the bottom felt track the glass slides in. The Weep holes and covers are designed to allow that water to run out and not flow over and inside the RV. Now, for a salesman to state what he did does not show he is aware of how dumb a comment and does instill confidence in the quality of the RV he is trying to sell. Doug
