White leather on Sightseer and Sunova, is it a problem?

I’ve been looking online at the Sightseer and Sunova 35g and most units have what looks like true white leather. We have 3 dogs and I’m concerned the leather will mark and wear poorly because it’s white. I no someone who had white leather in a Range Rover (high quality leather) and after 2 years it looked really bad.

Does anyone have experience with this they can share?
  • The colors are different between the Winnebago and Itasca on the interior. We have the 2015 Winnebago 35 G in Mountain View. The leather is more beige. We looked at same in Itasca and it was white. The difference between the two brands is options on colors.

Same here in my Bounder, looks white in pics but is a nice beige color in person, even looks darker with the blinds closed.
  • The leather on my Suncruiser looks white in pics, but it's more sort of an offwhite ecru eggshell something-not-really-white-but-not-very-dark.

Get a good quality leather cleaner. I use the Armor All leather seat wipes on all of my leather furniture.

Good to know. Beige is fine, I'm not crazy about white.

  • Sorry about the dups. Got an error message while trying to post.
  • Real leather is quite fragile depending....

Ultra leather is more durable, retains color, etc. I've used ultra leather in both vehicles and aircraft & it would be my first choice.
  • I doubt it is real leather. It is a synthetic version that you would have a hard time telling the difference. Flexsteel has something like that. I bought two new captains chairs with that synthetic leather. When I inquired about the durability of the material, he took a sample piece, stretched it out and ran a key down it, trying to scuff it. It held up well. I had those chairs in service for about 5 years, with a Golden Retriever claiming ownership of the passenger side. No issues at all. As for the white color...well, they do clean up well, but it is white after all.
