Seems like I've seen window ACs installed in a few new small trailers using fridge vents for one side of the airflow. As I recall it is when the window AC is built into a cabinet so the back of the AC unit is flush (or nearly flush) with the side of the trailer. The fridge vent vents the portion of the airflow inside the cabinet.
Whats your goal with this? To use an AC you already have? If it is power savings there are power saver roof air models which may work for you.
