Your opinion of Verizon Customer Service....

I'm investigating a wireless provider for internet service; while I would choose a reseller who uses the Verizon network, Verizon continues to hover near the top of the choices. What is your personal experience with the customer service provided by Verizon?

All input appreciated.
  • No problems with Verizon customer services and we have cell service with them for many years.
    We have four phone lines and two air cards.
    We also use MyVerizon at Verizonwireless.com. You can do many things online.
    Why go with resellers and not just go with Verizon?
  • The few times we have called them in 6 years has been great. Usual wait is only a few moments, not minutes. Usually don't have any reason to call them except when we get a new phone.
  • We've had VZ Wireless for years. I think their customer service is very good for a huge organization.
  • Have used Verizon for prepaid internet service a few times. Once there was a connectivity issue....Verizon credited us a couple weeks use. (had a 30 day service) You might have to call more than once for help but usually you will get what you need. Verizon seems to cover more reception area than others.
