Roy and Lynne most of the folks here have covered it. I do the dutch oven baking with my own biscuits.
If you're not comfortable with doing dutch ovening I would recommend you get a small toaster oven. Those are really handy and can be used at home if you don't want to heat up the big oven. It can also be used to broil. If you want to keep it simple I'd go that route. We have one of these
Hamilton Beach compacts and it'll broil a steak, make fish sticks, 4 good sized biscuits and whatever else you want to chew on from the oven. Works great in our rig. When we get home we take it out and set it on the counter.
