DW just got me one for my birthday. I haven't opened it yet. How do those of you using them like them? It looks like it'll be kind of easy to fall over in a campsite. It seems to have good reviews...

Roy, we got one last year and keep wrapping the tray underneath with foil. Can you tell me what you mean by "water base"? I really want to LOVE mine (got it brand new at a garage sale for $50, with the griddles, stove attachments, etc) but the cleanup is a hassle! THANKS!
