Chili Cheese Dip
1 can Denison’s Chili Beans or what you prefer
1 package of Cream Cheese
Shredded Cheese- Cheddar or Jack or Combination
Chopped Green Onion
Chopped or sliced Black Olives
You can double or triple the recipe.
Press and pat the cream cheese in a dish, spread chili beans on cream cheese, top with shredded cheese, chopped green onion and chopped or sliced black olives.
Bake or microwave till very hot. Served with tortilla chips - bcsdguyExplorerWe made this for Christmas Eve dinner party and it went so fast that we made it again for NYE. So easy and delicious. Note: We made the pico de gallo from scratch.
5 Layer Wreath Dip:
1 can refried beans
shredded cheese
pico de gallo
sour cream
guacamole
1 Tbsp. lime juice
cilantro and 3 cherry tomato halves
How it's made:
Place a glass upside down in the center of a springform pan. Spread out desired amount of beans, then cheese, then pico de gallo, then sour cream, then guacamole. Drizzle on lime juice, and sprinkle on chopped cilantro. Place 3 cherry tomato halves in a cluster to look like holly berries.
Place in freezer for 15 minutes. Remove spring form. Serve with tortilla chips! - HappytravelerExplorer
Stuffed Jalapenos
Ingredients: 1 lb ground Italian sausage (HOT if ya like! ) 22 jalapeños 1- 8 oz block cream cheese, softened 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Directions: Preheat over 425. Cook sausage until browned. Set aside. Mix cream cheese with Parmesan cheese. Add cooked sausage and mix well. Rinse jalapeños. Cut each jalapeño lengthwise and remove seeds. Stuff jalapeños with sausage mixture. Cook for 20 minutes until tops are golden brown (cook on a large baking pan). - garmpExplorer IIHow about simple, but a little time consuming. Smoked Cheese. Using your regular BBQ pit, with a lid, and a tube smoker with pellets. I got white premium cheddar and cut it into lengths as wide as it is thick, bout 1" by 1". Packed the smoker tube with pellets and lit it. Put the cheese on and in a couple of hours you have the best cold smoked cheese you could imagine. In the pic I did cheese, shrimp (with Jack Daniels sauce) and deviled eggs. Got a bit carried away, but they were great, and it was for Christmas.
