- hokeypokeyExplorerPork loin made into thick chops or chicken breasts. Season, bake on a rimmed cookie sheet then package for freezer. I use parchment paper and clean up is a breeze. Steam a whole package of baby carrots, fresh green beans or any vegetable. Store in a glass quart jar so it's easy to spot when you open the refrig door.
