1/2 tsp Red Pepper flakes
1 tsp ranch dressing mix
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup oil
mix in 1 gal zip bag and ad 1 box club crackers
toss to cover crackers with seasoning/oil
place in fridge overnight to absorb flavors and oil into crackers
1 package of thin sliced bacon cut strips in half
place 1/2 tsp of asiago/romano cheese on cracker wrap half slice of bacon around cracker to hold cheese in place
place crackers on rack and cookie sheet
bake at 400 degrees until bacon is cooked to till almost crispy.
place on paper towels to absorb drippings

ARTICHOKE DIP
1 Lg Can Artichoke Hearts
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
1 sm Can diced green chilies
Rinse Artichoke Hearts and chop up hearts
Add remaining ingredients and mix
Put in 8 X 8 Casserole
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. or until slightly brown
Serve hot with Frito chips or Tortilla chips

2 cans minced clams - drain ONLY ONE can
1 stalk celery diced
1/4 onion diced
7 strips of bacon (chopped and NOT cooked)
1/2 pepper diced
about 1/2 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 stick butter, melted
In casserole dish, combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 for about 30 min until bubbly. Serve with Ritz crackers.
Easy Sweet and Sour Meatballs
50 or so of store-bought meatballs, thawed
1 -1/2 cups grape jelly
1 bottle chili sauce
Simmer on stove or in crock pot on low for 2 hours. Serve. - hokeypokeyExplorerReuben Dip:
1/3 lb corned beef - chopped up
1/2 lb big eye Swiss cheese slices-chopped up
8 oz cream cheese (cut into chunks)
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
8 oz can sauerkraut, drain well
Heat together in small crockpot for 2 to 4 hours then stir up. Serve with cocktail rye bread. I get meat and cheese from deli case. - magnusfideExplorer III

1 small yellow mustard (about 6 oz)
1 8-10 oz grape jelly

Pioneer Woman Stuffed Shrooms - GammasExplorerShrimp Appetizer Spread
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2. C. sour cream
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1 to 2 Tbl. horseradish sauce -- to taste
1 lb. frozen cocktail size shrimp, thawed & coarsely chopped
1 C. seafood sauce
2 C. shredded mozzarelle cheese
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 sm. tomato, diced
3 green onions, with tops, sliced
assorted crackers
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, & horseradish sauce. Spread mixture on a round 12 in. serving platter. Top with sauce. Sprinkle mozzerella on top, then, the shrimp & veggies. Refrigerate.
Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
If using frozen shrimp, I usually wrap them up in several layers of paper towels to get rid of the excess liquid. - HappytravelerExplorer

Stuffed Jalapenos
Ingredients:
1 lb ground sausage (HOT if ya like! )
22 jalapeños
1- 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat over 425. Cook sausage until browned. Set aside. Mix cream cheese with Parmesan cheese. Add cooked sausage and mix well. Rinse jalapeños. Cut each jalapeño lengthwise and remove seeds. Stuff jalapeños with sausage mixture. Cook for 20 minutes until tops are golden brown (cook on a large baking pan).

Toasted Pecans (melt a little butter, add pecan halves to coat, put on baking sheet, sprinkle salt over, bake low heat (250) till crisp)
Meatballs in sweet & sour sauce (frozen meatballs and La Choy red sweet & sour sauce--keep warm)
Deviled eggs
Ham wraps: Using packaged ham slices, spread softened cream cheese over each slice. Place a dill pickle or green onions on each and roll up. Slice the ones with pickles into bite size pieces.
Party spread (this from a good friend)
mix two 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened, and 1/2 C mayonnaise
divide between 4 bowls
Bowl 1 - add 5 slices cooked, drained, crumbled Bacon
Bowl 2 - add 1/2 C chopped pecans
Bowl 3 - add 1 small can crushed pineapple, totally drained
Bowl 4 - add chopped peppers of choice
Spread on your choice of party bread or crackers
