Hello everyone,
I have had my pressure cooker for many years but today I tried something I have never done before, pork spare ribs. OMG, they came out amazing. In June of this year my wife and I are heading out to full time and plan to use the pressure cooker a lot.
Get this, cooked in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes, imagine spare ribs in 15 minutes. I then threw them on the grill for about 10 minutes to crisp.
I have been cooking spare ribs on my Traeger smoker for years and would takes5 to 7 hours. Even in the oven take 2 plus hours. They came out super moist with great flavor. Granted, they did not have the awesome smokey flavor from the smoker but great none the same. This will be great to have on the road.
For anyone wondering how they fit in the pressure cooker, just role it up. I put them in the basket that came with my Fagor pc to keep the ribs out of the liquid.
