To whomever ends up getting this:
Included in this box is my failed regulator for my Weber Q120 grill. It failed after about 4 months of use.
My prior Q120 lasted over 10 years; I literally used it to failure.
I’m not so impressed this new one so far.

Today, July 31, I received a complete regulator assembly on my doorsteps.
Yep, it took them nearly 4 months, but I got the complete assembly. NOTE that this means I took the regulator assembly apart, and sent them ONLY the regulator; NONE of the brackets NOR valve parts. The primary reason I took it apart was so it would fit inside the cheapest USPS "If it fits it ships" flat rate boxes.
I'm glad they included the entire assembly; I can't remember where I put the box of parts that I didn't mail!!!
The package even included a WELL documented paper manual for the replacement procedure! I don't normally read manuals, but this one looked good on the quick glance I gave it, and it has been four months since I took my grill apart, and it was NOT easily apparent where the second mount of the regulator module was located on the frame.
Yeppers, I actually RTFM, something I don't normally do. AND, in THIS case, I saved more time then if I had not.
Put a quality New York Strip on the grill not long after doing the repairs. This regulator assembly appears to be a little hotter then the last two that I had. So, I ended up with medium well on the first try.
Tomorrow it will be pig on the grill.
Just thought I would share.
