What is your ABSOLUTE BEST electric skillet recipe?

Must be able to be made in 30 minutes or less, ingredients that you would most likely have in the RV pantry, and be able to give me directions in 6 sentences or less. THANKS!
  • PS.. I precook the macaroni before I leave home and put it in zip lock bag in fridge. You can also precook the ground beef and do the same. Then it's a snap to mix them together. You can also make hamburger stroganoff using hamburger and cream of mushroom soup and serve over egg noodles.
  • Fried Molasses.
Heat the skillet. Depending on how many you are going to feed, pour in a quarter to a half cup molasses.
Sprinkle about a half teaspoon baking soda over the molasses.
Stir while it foams(just a few seconds).
Serve over hot biscuits that have been pulled apart.
Molasses like you have never tasted before.
  • Skillet Goulash
    1/2 pound elbow macaroni
    1 1/2 pounds ground beef
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (28-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese

    Directions:
    Cook macaroni.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, bell pepper, and onion.
Add macaroni, spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; mix well. Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer 5 to 7 minutes, or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese and simmer 1 to 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  • Can of sauerkraut and a package of kielbasa.... slice up the kielbasa and heat in the skillet. Add sauerkraut and mix up. Serve when heat thoroughly...

One pound of ground beef (or other meat of your choice including sausages) browned in skillet.

One box of Zatarains Jamabalya Mix, follow instructions on box.

    (4 sentences to spare even!)
  • Another option I did for a rally dinner: Rice-a-roni

It was amazing how many compliments I got for opening a box and heating the contents in water.
  • 1 lb ground beef
    28 oz baked beans
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 medium potatoes
    1 can salsa

    brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain.
Add other ingredients and stir well.
    Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

The salsa makes the flavor so you can be creative and use the fancy salsas.
