re chopping hard boiled eggs.
I put them all in a small bowl, bunched up a little.
Then I take two sharp paring knives and slice them up like you do when you cut butter into flour for pastry. Just keep slicing away until the eggs are chopped fine enough for you.
Then a fork will take care of the rest.
