re chopping hard boiled eggs.
I put them all in a small bowl, bunched up a little.
Then I take two sharp paring knives and slice them up like you do when you cut butter into flour for pastry. Just keep slicing away until the eggs are chopped fine enough for you.
Then a fork will take care of the rest.

sweet relish, mayo and mustard
celery and cucumber, chopped fine
spicy mustard
paprika
olives, green or black
pimientos chopped fine

sour dough bread, panini, tortillas soft, tortilla chips, wheat bread, crackers

Slice the egg in round circles. Place the circles on white bread with LOTS of miracle whip. Some salt and pepper. yummmmmmm
