Animals in commercials

I missed seeing any Clydesdale commercials in the Super Bowl this year, but there are some amazing commercials using animals now.

Subaru has many with dogs driving their cars, Kia or Hyundai are using dogs as well.

I laugh out loud with the new Geico Raccoon commercial Food Truck "Chez Dumpster." I particularly love the one where one raccoon describes a delicacy and the other says "my mouth is watering" and the first one says "it's just you rabies acting up."

What's your favorite?

Superbowl wise my favorite commercial was Weather Tech thanking the university of Wisconsin veterinarian department for saving his dog from cancer.

Another favorite is the Pedigree commercial where a little girl is undergoing treatment in a hospital and for a change a therapy dog comes in and giant smile comes to her face.
That one touches me. When I had the heart attack and stroke they had a huge therapy dog come in my room in CCU and lay his head on my bed. Felt so nice to pet him. I was missing my dog.:)

  • How about Bill Murray in the new Jeep groundhog day commercial. Instant classic.

  • The Bud Clydesdales were at the Pima Co Fairgrounds a couple of weeks before the Rose Parade. Sure enjoyed seeing them running and playing.
  • The Dorito Dance commercial with the dancing Clydesdale.

Are you aware most of the draft horses are teetering in the brink of extinction?

The Amish/Mennonites have probably saved the Belgians.

I like the rich dogs on the boats.
