SUV barrier with perpendicular spacer?

Thanks everyone - you're feedback has inspired a solution. I'm going to use a standard metal barrier and then create a pvc barrier that I will zip-tie to the main barrier to divide the space. This will allow me to place arms at the free end of the barrier that will reach to the side of the car and hold it in place. Should be able to make it relatively inexpensively, and I think it will serve our purpose well. Thanks for the input!
