Oh - OOPSY! Hog panels cost $20.79 (it's good to live in Michigan, Mark...LOL!) I assumed the OP would cut and file the ends so the dog wouldn't get hurt? Because yes, they're sharp, fresh from the bolt cutter! We used them as upper horse stall partitions, due to their durability and rigidity.
