Not if they want my money! I have read a lot of strange things, but that is pretty close to the top of my list. They want you to pay shipping for something you are picking up. So, by that logic, if you do live 120 miles from the store, and you are picking something up at shelf price, do you get to bill them for your mileage?
Kind of like before I got smart and stopped wasting time doing business with Sears. They had a push mower in a sale flyer, and I stopped by to pick one up. They told me that they were out of stock, and that they would order one for me, and call. When I went to pick it up, they had added $25 to the bill for shipping. I told them to keep it, and took my money to Home Depot.
