Charging for shop rags?
I'm having a washer/dryer installed in about 4 weeks at Camping World. Is it common practice to be charged for shop rags (to protect the against damage), on top of the install charge?

To the complainers... It cost $29.95 to have it installed. Would you do it for that? Do you think they made ANY money on that install? Do you really think the shop supplies would be free? Do you complain about the used oil disposal charge and shop supplies fee when you get an oil change? If they charge you for the towels to clean it up do you want to take the towels home to dispose of them? Or how about the tip when you get a meal? Maybe you would have felt better if the installation charge was $39.95 including shop supplies...or better yet they could have put scratches in everything and then left a mess for you to clean up...Some people are just too cheap!
