Disable Charm Bar on Windows 8.1

"Classic Shell" will do this, IIRC. I have it installed on my win8.1 tablet, but I haven't used the tablet in a while.
I've used Classic Shell to restore the Start Menu, disable the active corners, disable apps, disable auto searching for apps, disable visual wiggling, and some other equally nefarious stuff. But I haven't disabled the charms bar yet, not until I get more comfortable with this disreputable OS and the really stupid things it wants to do.
I did not do a Google search on this, and I'm not going to.
