Dish RV Customer Service #?

I've just been through the wringer with Dish. Apparently I did not disconnect my service the proper way (even though I asked customer service how to do it), and they are trying to bill me for a period when I did not have service. Even though I said "RV" at every turn, I got bounced from one CS dept to another and no one seemed to know the service.

What is the current RV Customer service phone number?

What is the approved method for stopping and then restarting the service?

  • I've only had a couple of relatively minor issues with my Dish account, but I found the "DIRT" (Dish Internet Response Team) to be much more helpful than the phone customer service reps. Check any thread at the Dish Support Forums and look for the names in green. Their sigs usually include the days/hours they're on duty. Sending a PM that included my account number and PIN has worked well for me.

    every TV ad you see from Dish is a freaking lie.
