GS TRIP PLANNER ADDING STOPS

Question

I have used the Good Sams Trip Planner for 8+ years and have planned every trip we have taken with it. Lately it is being very temperamental. I will do a search and tell it to add a stop to a trip and nothing happens.

DH thought it was a cookie problem with my computer so we deleted all cookies and it did not help. This only happens from my laptop. I I use my iphone and Google Chrome I have no problems.

Does anyone have any ideas what to try? I do not want to use another trip planner but this is getting ridiculous. We are moving full timers so I really need a reliable trip planner.

Have tried Chrome, IE and Firefox from multiple computers.  Did manage to get it to work last night for a few minutes then it stopped responding.  It has to be a glitch in their program someplace.  Found another thread in this forum and others are having the same problem.   Theirs is hit and miss.
