I have also read all the complaints, wow, that's just crazy. But, MY experience has been all good. I placed another order for the mounting box for my new 7 pin adapter, I received it quickly and then discovered it will not work on my receiver hitch. It's not their fault, it's the way my hitch is mounted. I contacted them and they cheerfully said I can return it for a full refund.
Just confirms the saying, no one Co. can please all the people, all the time. If etrailer had a website for posters to come and vent their problems, they may appear as "bad" as CW :@
