Jensen intertainment center

My system went off while driving to the campground it is a AWM970...I found a 15 amp fuse but after changing that it still would not come on. There is 12 volt power in the slide out. So I am at a loss as to why it went off. The instruction manual does not have a trouble shooting section.

    Next would be to get a test light or meter in there to see if you have 12v to the plug on the back of the radio.

    First thing I did there are a couple dozen wires back there I could not find any thing that had come loose......
