Win 10 Forced Updates
I am extremely disappointed that Win 10 is forcing updates on you. I have 2 new computers with Win 10 giving the update problem.
I was setting up a new desktop for my 90 year old mother. It updated 2 times in 2 days with popup screens for schedule download and install. This is not acceptable for a 90 yr. old to deal with. I do the updates either remotely or when I am there.
I called Microsoft tech and told them of the problem. They remotely went into the computer and shut down the auto updates. I now can go in and click the CHECK FOR UPDATES box. I had them change my laptop also.
The tech said they are continually blasted about this and hope a fix is coming.
