Same here, the $24/night price was for a State Park here in CO. That included electric hookups (20, 30, or 50). No water/sewer on the site, but they had free water and free dump available... fill up with water when we arrive, dump when we leave. Just stayed in one last weekend that was very nice, near water, etc. I lied a bit though, after taxes and fees it was $58.00 for 2 nights, plus an $8/day fee for 2 days to get into the park. So it was more like $37/night.
Still beats a hotel though, by far. Decent hotels in the same area of the state park are at least $100/night usually. I won't touch the cheap bargain "motels".
And, it would be even cheaper if we were seniors!
