As with everything else in life, not all RVs are the same in the winter. Some have almost no insulation and others are well insulated. For some a cold weather package only means it will have heat strips on the holding tanks. Water will freeze below 32F in both the supply lines and tank drain lines. Winter in an inexpensive RV is not to be taken lightly. Even a high end model means dealing with frozen lines and keeping that from happening, high propane usage by the heaters, and a good electric source.
