Free online map that shows road/Interstate grades of slope?

Like Google Maps (free, online) and a Truck Operators Map (shows the grade of the slope.) Even PDF is fine, but I could only find one for Michigan. http://michigan.gov/documents/mdot/MDOT_2012Truc...

If you have an Apple device try TopoProfiler(5 bucks). It does exactly what you want for any road in the country. If you buy it send me a PM and I will give you some tips. Best 5 bucks I ever spent.
