2013 ram 1500 truck... 5.7 hemi-will this work??

I am purchasing a brand new 2014 camper with slideout. I have the above truck. I believe it has the class 4 hitch and can tow upwards of 8500 pounds... it is the quad cab 4x4 with 3.55 axles and 5.7 h...

Not sure what some of these people did back when even the 1 ton trucks only had a 250hp big block and drum brakes.
By some of the logic presented, you need a 4500 Dually to go to the grocery store for a bag of dog food.
Your loaded trailer will be around 7k lbs presumably. Not at all out of the realm of tow-ability with a newer 1/2 ton of any flavor.
