Agree with the poster above. Ultimately I need to make the decision based on what factors are most important to me personally, which will be different from what is important to someone else.

Right now I am just trying to better understand the pros/cons and tradeoffs to inform that decision.

If I were looking for something significantly smaller or larger then the choice would be more clear. I am kind of in that "middle ground"
