There are lots of rear living 5ers with a mid bunk room. Most with this floorplan are 40' or more. I just bought a Jayco Eagle HT 30.5 MBOK thats about 37 ft overll. The rear living has 2 slide outs which makes it very roomy and comfortable. It's still a little high and won't fit in a lot of state campgrounds but there's lots of other places to go. I pull it with a 2013 GMC 2500HD Duramax. A lot of gassers will pull it fine but I'm spoiled with the diesel. Backing the 5er compared to a rear bumper pull is definitely different and will take some practice. I miss the space in my pickup bed but still have enough room for my generator and wood boxes.
