- kaz442ExplorerOr did he remove the frame mounted fuel pump? From the factory it had two one in the tank and one on the frame. Maybe they went with an high pressure in tank pump. Do you see a filter or fuel pump?
JKaz - jllacoExplorerThanks all!
- navegatorExplorerThe older fuel lines have a plastic retainer that is colored light blue and fits inside one of the ends and when connected actually holds the connection together, I do not see that plastic at all so some one has placed a tie strap to force the lines together.
Go to the parts store and purchase the "lock" and reconnect the lines, they should stop leaking.

X2. Pretty sure they are fuel filter connections where a previous owner has removed the filter, pushed the lines together and tried to hold them with zip-ties.
I am pretty sure you need a fuel filter in there. there will be 2 plastic clips in the box with the filter.
X3 seen those connectors many times on all my fords. Time for a fuel filter. - kaydeejayExplorer
