This one is going to be hard to top! I have a serious problem with my HWH air leveling system and called them about 10 AMyesterday. I was told to leave my name and number and a tech would call me back. I stayed at the CG all day because I wanted to be at the MH when they called back, with no call. I called them back late yesterday afternoon and got the same lady who told me I was on the call-back list and she did not know when it would be. I waited at the CG again all day today, but no call. I called back again and got the same lady and told her what I thought of their service. This time she told me that they had a 10-DAY WAITING PERIOD! I asked to speak to the General Manager and again had to leave my name and number! If and when I ever buy a new MH you can be sure it WILL NOT have an HWH leveling system!

I sure sign that a company just doesn't care one bit.

How about Sharp Electronics Canada! I called them about a Part required for my Microwave/Convection Oven . The Customr service Lady said that she would call Me back in a Few Minutes. That was Six Months ago!I bought the Part on line from another company!

Sirius/XM Radio, no question about it.

Pretty much any government agency.

Had $3,000 repair work with them and nothing got done. Bolts missing, hinges not lined up, locks not repaired. Had one side paneling missing that wasn't even on list for repair missing. Insurance notified I would not pick up rig in the condition it is, its the exact condition as I left it with them. A week later they got it done but I didn't sign off on it untl I inspected every last job. Replacing panel, locks etc. And in working order. One other time I tried to get customer service for quote on job. Waited for clerk for 40 minutes. All because I thought they were busy . No one came to window after I inquired 3 times about waiting for service quote. I finally left area. I still won't go back to them for anything, certainly not to buy any rig from them ever.

Cold Snack,, glad to hear I am not the only one that had probs there,, not sure their service dept. is that great either,, had to tell them how to fix a drawer that didn't fit right.. LOL

I would second this. We recently took delivery of a toy hauler and four trips to Guaranty Service Center regarding an electrical issue couldn't be diagnosed & repaired. Took it to a closer service center and they figured it out and repaired it in two hours. Then Guaranty gets rude with me when I told them I was taking my service business elsewhere.

I have all of you beat! Sept. 2001 I called my local Ford dealer and asked to get the best price on a new white Ford F-250 diesel that I saw on the lot. Salesman said I'll call you right back. I called two more times that day. May, 2013 still no call. By the way, we went to the Indy car races in Ft. Worth that Sept. weekend and stopped by a Ford dealer that just happened to be by our hotel and bought a new truck. I'm still driving that jewel today.

Good Sam told them to contact their Insurance Company, which they did. Kinda leads me to believe that their Insurance wasn't through Good Sam.
