I agree with A.Snowbird for the most part, but no reason to put it in the garbage can now. Once you've laid it out front to back, and folded roughly in thirds (take care to put the folds on top; you want to be able to unfold them and drop them over the sides). Then start rolling it up, starting from up HDthe back. Climb your ladder while holding the front end, and let the rest just unroll while you pull the front over the top towards the front. Lay it in the middle, drop the two sides over. Carefully walk to the back, or have a ladder in the front. Cinch the straps, you're done. I put mine on and take it off by myself every year. Be careful, go slow. You can adjust it a little bit from the ground if you need to. I'll beusing mine for the 6th season. One more thing; this whole procedure might be on YouTube. My cover came with a short dvd.
