Help with checking weights on possible new trailer

Too little information about your truck. What powertrain? What gearing? There's some pretty wide spread in the Fords I recall, and you are looking at a notoriously heavy TT that'll be pushing 1200-1300# on the hitch with full propane, battery, power jack, WDH, and it's share of load ahead of the axles and loaded weight nearing 10K for sure. Heavy for just about any half-ton and I'm pretty sure the most stout version of your truck would be huffing and puffing with those numbers!

No! Go back and look at GVWR. Dry weights dont take into account a lot of things.

Need the gear ratio of GCWR to better estimate. Looks like factory receiver won't cut it regardless.

EDIT: Crossed posts. Looks like the numbers could work depending on how you load the truck for camping. Scaling needed for sure. Going to need to swap a higher class receiver in it would appear if that guide does represent what's on the truck as you have optioned.

Actually your number are not too bad although my first concern is tongue weight rating of 1130. 12% of 9732=1167 so you are right there.
2214-1167=1047 which is decent.
a little concerned about the CCC of the TT 9732-8405=1327 which is kind of meager.
I'm assuming the weight given is from the brochure. The actual dry weight will likely be a few hundred pounds more. Potentially leaving less than 1000# of CCC in the TT.
Keep in mind you will very easily be at the max GVW of the TT as well.
Despite the low CCC of the TT your F-150 appears to be be up to the task.
I would be concerned about the lack of CCC in the TT. I would prefer at least 2500 of available payload in a TT that size. If you tanks are full you will have hardly any CCC left.

We never have anything in our tanks. We always fill up at the state parks when we arrive and empty when we leave. My one problem is I alway bring a full load of firewood when we go camping. As much as it kills me I think the trailer is just to heavy.. We love the layout of the trailer but I need to think of safety before my wants. I just didn't want to make a $35,000 mistake.

That's one big a$$ trailer and is really better suited to a 3/4 ton gasser. At 36'-8" OAL and probably around 92-9500lbs loaded IMO just a bit much even for an HD F150. It would be a load for my Ram 2500 CTD.

On the surface I agree. While the OP has a VERY CAPABLE TV things like upgrading the receiver to account for the high tongue wt. and just the overall size/wt of this particular trailer seems to be pushing it awfully close.
